Basically, Exchange Hosted Services is a group of services (eg security, archiving, encryption) that a customer can subscribe to as an add-on to their already existing email service. You can purchase this through open value, school agreements, etc. It is different from Hosted Exchange as that Hosted Exchange provides a hosted email service (not just the services to bolt on).
