What is ESA American Express merchant account program?
ESA (External Sales Agent) American Express program is for merchants that are franchises, process over 500k in American Express charge volume annually, reside outside the 50 US states and belong to certain industries as defined by American Express. American Express makes the decision to approve or decline new ESA applications. All ECE Processors offer this program.
