• Your own phone line to receive incoming calls is included as part of your service. Your ERS Virtual Assistant will take a message and forward this to you via email. Our Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Speech-impaired customers can also have their incoming call relayed through their IM service (AIM/MSN).
