What is Ernst & Youngs approach towards environmental sustainability?
We recognise that we have a responsibility to reduce our impact on the environment but we also see sustainability as an important business issue for Ernst & Young and our clients. Globally we’re measuring our carbon footprint and finding ways to reduce it, such as: • Locating our offices in buildings that meet the highest standards of sustainability • Reducing the need for overseas travel through the use of video and teleconferencing • Sourcing green energy suppliers wherever possible As an individual, you can participate in one of the eco-teams in our offices which promote responsible practices or you can contribute your time to a charity or organisation which benefits the environment.
