What is eQuote?
eQuote is a service that allows vendors to electronically receive and respond to “request for quotations” (RFQs) from entities throughout the State of Florida. The vendor will have the opportunity to respond to buyer requests electronically. This service applies to purchase-price only RFQs, with an expected maximum price of $25,000. At the time of registration, a vendor has the opportunity to register for eQuote and to select the types of commodities or products for which the vendor wishes to receive bids at the time of initial registration and when updating the registration account.
