What is EOLAS?

0

Eolas (an acronym for “Embedded Objects Linked Across Systems”) When you embed an object into Internet Explorer or the Windows version of Opera, you are required to select the object before you can select any of the controls in the object (effectively selecting the object twice). This is a modification apparently introduced by Microsoft and others to sidestep a patent held by EOLAS.
