What is EOF?
EOF stands for the Educational Opportunity Fund. It is a state-funded program offering academic, financial and counseling support services to students who meet the selective criteria set forth by the NJ Commission on Higher Education. EOF supports a wide array of campus based outreach and support services at 28 public colleges and universities. Ocean County College is one of 19 participating New Jersey community colleges.
