The following speakers will be present. • Rob Young (Faculty in the Planning, Public Policy, and Management Department with an emphaisis in environmental planning) • Neil Björklund (Senior Planner with the City of Eugene) • Kathy Lynn (Associate Director of Resource Innovations at the University of Oregon) • Megan Kemple (Northwest Coalition for Alternatives to Pesticides and other organizations).
