What is entailed in the barn raising?
The barn raising is an experience you will never forget. This day, MTF, along with the homeowners family and friends gather for the coming together of your barn. This event is similar to the traditional Amish barn raising and is usually half work and half party. Raising a barn by hand is still as practical, and fun, today, as it was 200 years ago. In one day, we usually get the whole frame up and roof boards installed. We will discuss the specifics of the barn raising party as it approaches.
