What is End-to-end Lifecycle Management?
End-to-end Lifecycle Management is a management process, applied throughout the life (systems development, production, delivery, sustainment, and disposal) of a system or commodity (human capital, materiel, readiness, and services and infrastructure) that bases all programmatic decisions on the anticipated mission-related and economic benefits (cost, schedule, performance, risk, and supportability) derived over the life of that system (proposed by the Materiel Enterprise).
