What is Encryptone?
A：Encryptone is a software that uses digital certificates and internationally accepted security standards to protect (by way of encryption) the confidentiality of one or more electronic files at the same time. The main functions include: • Use digital certificate to encrypt electronic files, which can only be decrypted and read by authorized people with their own digital certificate, preventing non-authorized people from reading the files. • Support multiple e-Cert storage medium such as e-Cert file(p12 format file), Green Bank Card, HK Smart ID card, eKey (Secure USB Device)…..etc. • Support digitally sign on PDF format document with adding watermark. • Allow sending digitally signed / encrypted file out through webmail by built-in EncryptMail (www.e-cmail.com) service. • Allow securely permanent deletion of original file after encryption / digital sign. • Search for valid digital certificates issued by selected Certification Authorities in Hong Kong and China. • Manage function for s
