Do you rely on raw data or 80/20 ‘gut feel’ data? A: We try to work with whatever data we can obtain. We strive to collect accurate data; however there are times that we work with estimations. Q: How are projects selected? Are the teams chartered to go find the projects or are the teams formed after the projects have been brought forward?
