What is emergent resocialization?
A. Emergence is a sociological term referring to multiple parts coming together to create a new form. Resocialization is a sociological term referring to the relearning of a society by one previously isolated from it. NLR uses the term emergent resocialization to refer to the idea that the inner city youth subculture and the dominant society must come together and create a new social relationship (i.e society) based on political, economic, and social equality for all.
