We provide an emergency response service to our clients only. Our patrol personnel are senior first aid qualified and have completed a fire fighting course and our vehicles are fitted with first aid equipment and fire extinguishers. Although we will report antisocial behaviour anywhere within the patrol area to police, the emergency response is exclusive to visual guardian clients. We must stress we are not to be substituted for the usual emergency services.
