WHAT IS EMERALD JET CHARTERS COMMITMENT TO SAFETY?
Safety, truly, is our primary concern. We only work with operators who are in compliance with the FAA regulation known as FAR Part 135. According to the FAA, “Part 135 OPERATING REQUIREMENTS: COMMUTER AND ON-DEMAND OPERATIONS AND RULES GOVERNING PERSONS ON BOARD SUCH AIRCRAFT.” Part 135 is a set of rules with more stringent standards for commuter and on demand jet charter operations. In addition to the government requirements, Emerald Jet Charter goes a step beyond. Although we have complete respect for the standards set forth by the FAA, we rely on third party auditors, Wyvern and ARG/US, to ensure that our chosen jet charter operators exceed the government standards and provide you, and your family, with the greatest safety available. Be assured that we would NEVER suggest a private plane that we weren’t comfortable putting our own family members on.
