Email Return Receipt is not available on Cox High Speed Internet, because this is reliable only for Cox High Speed Internet subscribers sending email to each other. For external emails, COX High Speed Internet subscribers will receive automated confirmations saying email was received, only if mail server between sender and receiver is supported. Corporations and online services use mail gateways that often break the feature.
