What is “Email a Prisoner”?
As a way to get letters to our inmates, we have a program called “Email a Prisoner” Each profile page you go to you will see a link to “Email a Prisoner”. When you click that link you will be taken to a page where you can complete a form. We print the messages at least twice a month and mail them to the inmate. This is a great way to make first contact with a inmate. We try to send out letters on the 1st and 15th. • How many messages can I send with “Email a Prisoner”? As a registered user, you are allowed up to 4 first contact messages a month. You may go to our members section to purchase more messages. • Do inmates have access to email? Most states do not allow access to computers. The “Email a Prisoner” program is a method where we print the letters and mail them to the inmate at our expense. • Why have I receieved a letter saying my account will be suspended if I continue to violate the terms of “Email a Prisoner”?
