What is electronic ticketing?
Electronic Ticketing is a simple and convenient ticketing service that stores your reservation and the flight details on SilkAir’s database. There is no paper ticket to misplace, forget, or lose. The Electronic Ticketing service is available up to the commencement of flight check-in (usually three to six hours before flight departure). At check-in, just show your valid passport and the credit card you used to purchase your Electronic Tickets to receive your boarding passes. If you need a receipt of your Electronic Ticket, you can print it from your SilkAir Internet Booking Confirmation screen. We recommend that you print a receipt of your booking should you require documentation of your travel plans for immigration purposes or for third party reference.
