Our Warranty: Your satisfaction is important to us and we wish to offer our customers the best service available. EIO Products warrants to the original retail purchaser that the cap and sleeve will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the original purchase date if purchased from an authorized retailer. EIO Products limited warranty covers only manufacturer’s defects and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of: (i) improper use (ii) normal wear and tear (including scratches and tears) (iii) modification of the cap or sleeve (iv) the glass jar. If you believe during the applicable warranty period that your cap or sleeve is defective and covered by our warranty, return it to your authorized retailer for replacement or refund of your purchase price.
