Ecological agriculture is a specific type of running a farm and food production. Food is produced without artificial fertilizers and synthetic means of plant protection, antibiotics, growth hormones and genetically modified organisms. Thanks to the production in clean and safe environment the food is not only tasty but also characterised by hig quality. Thus, it proves that a farm at which it was produced takes care of the whole environment and also ensures proper breeding of animals.
