What is ECDCs refund policy?
Tuition is refundable, less a $50 cancellation fee, if notice is received up to 4 weeks before your child’s session begins. If a cancellation is made after the 4-week cut-off, no tuition is refunded. ECDC makes a single exception to this policy for campers who have a sudden physical illness or medical emergency. In addition, any absences during a child’s session are not reimbursable.
