Basic returns policy: Within 30 days of delivery, you may return unopened CDs and DVDs in new condition with original packaging and accessories. Books are not returnable.If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we’ll also pay the return shipping costs. Because items are individually inspected and carefully packaged for shipping, Earthsong Online does not assume responsibility for damage to jewel cases or DVD cases caused during shipping.
