What is Early Neutral Evaluation, or Early Neutral Assessment?
Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE) or Early Neutral Assessment (ENA) is a process originally used in Minnesota family courts to provide families experiencing divorce with: 1- A more affordable, comfortable process that enables families to make their own decisions about parenting time, finances or other issues affecting their family, 2- Provide the family with possible outcomes should the family engage in a more protracted investiation/recommendation process, and 3- Enable families to find a settlement that allows them to begin the healing process in a more timely manner. I am a fully trained ENE/ENA provider. I prefer to work with Parenting Time Issues and only simple debt. If I need to work with more complex financial issues, I will ask that a Financial Advisor meet with us to help with those issues. The financial advisor will have her own set of fees.
