What is Early Bird Registration?
All attendees entering the exhibit hall will be required to have a badge. Entrance to the exhibit hall is free when you register by the Early Bird Registration Deadline, July 1, 2009. Online registration for the show is available. You may also mail or fax a registration piece you receive through the mail. Please be sure to complete all information listed on the form. Once we receive your registration, a confirmation letter will be sent via email or mail. Please bring your confirmation letter to the show. There will be self-service kiosks located in the registration area where you can scan the bar code, and print your badge automatically.
According to on-line dictionary it comes from the expression “The early bird catches the worm”. In the neotropics, early macaos catch the fruit and seeds before other seed predators. Thus, those persons who registered early had the privilege to pay a reduced fee. This helps the organization, but also contributes to publicize the attendance at the meeting.
