What is e-Statement?
e-Statement is a service that emails you when your next monthly statement is available online. When you enroll in or renew your TuitionPay account online, you are automatically set up to receive your monthly statement notifications by email. These notifications will be sent to the email address you provided during the enrollment process and contain a link to view and pay your monthly statement online. To ensure delivery of TuitionPay emails to your inbox, please add info@tuitionpay.com to your Email Address Book or Safe List.
An E-Statement is an electronic version of your statement. It provides you an alternate way to view and print your monthly statement from your computer, utilizing Internet-based technology and eliminating the need for paper statements. With E-Statements, you can access your statement online anytime. You will also receive a monthly e-mail notifying you when your current statement is available.
E-Statement is a soft copy of your monthly current account statement viewable using Adobe PDF reader and it’s for current account holders only. The Adobe PDF reader can be obtained at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html. Please read the Note section of the E-Statement menu for other important information. Kindly ensure that your browser’s automatic prompt for download and file download function is enabled. Leave the file name by default of the E-Statement when prompted to download. You may change the file name after you have successfully downloaded the E-Statement to your computer.
