What is E-Delivery?
“e-Delivery” is a shipping option that gets you your order as fast as possible, and eliminates the charge for shipping. When you choose e-Delivery, you download the program and documentation from our website. Then we send you an e-mail with instructions on how to enter your license information, which will convert the free trial version of the software into the paid version. If you choose physical delivery instead, then a print-out of the manual and installation guide will be sent to you along with a CD containing the same program that is available as a download.
e-Delivery are a secure, electronic way to receive shareholder statements from The Flex-funds using the Internet. You can access up to 7 years of your statements online anytime. e-Delivery offers an efficient, easy -to-use and fast service at no cost to you. Electronic Delivery is a convenient alternative to receiving paper documents by mail. When a document is ready, you will receive an e-mail alerting you that your document is available for online viewing. Click here to view a sample of a typical e-mail notification. Please note that your e-delivery consent will not go into effect until the end of the quarter in which you consent.
American General Life Companies’s1 E-Delivery is a system that provides notice of new and updated policy and fund prospectuses (and related documents) published on our Web site which affect your variable life insurance policies. The e-mail notification provides convenient point and click links to connect you directly to the newly published documents. E-Delivery is an environmentally friendly substitute for the paper versions of the documents you are currently receiving. You can view the documents on-line and print them directly from our Web site. Notice of other policy owner communications will be added to E-Delivery in the future.
With E-Delivery, you can have your statements, confirms, prospectuses, syndicate, proxies, 1099s and annual reports delivered electronically. You can choose to receive documents through electronic notification for some or all of your accounts. When a document is available you will receive an e-mail notification from Smith Barney with a link directly to the item on smithbarney.com.Please note, once enrolled, you will no longer receive the paper documents by mail. You may also enroll in Future Account E-Delivery. This allows you to automatically enroll accounts that are added to your statement consolidation in the future.Your documents are filed and stored electronically for seven years.
