What is E-billing Presentment and E-payment?

0

E-billing and E-payment is a new service provided to Harvard University students beginning July 2004. It is a convenient and reliable alternative to paper-based bills. As a registered student, you will receive a monthly email notification with a link to a secure site where you can access your student billing statement using your Harvard ID number and PIN. You can make electronic payments at this site that will debit your checking or savings account. You also have the ability to give access to authorized users so that your family may view your bills online. Each person with access to the bill will get an e-mail notification when a new E-bill is generated. During the summer of 2004, paper bills will still be mailed (in addition to the E-bill). Beginning in September 2004, registered students will only receive E-bills.
