What is E-billing and E-payment?
The University of Oregon utilizes QuikPAY ®, an electronic system for all students to view and print their bills, make payments online, and establish third parties as Authorized Payers who can do the same. Through the QuikPAY ® system, an email will be sent to each student’s official University of Oregon email address, and any Authorized Payers email address, every time a new Student Billing Statement is ready.
Electronic billing (e-billing) is a new service that enables students and authorized payers to receive bills through email, access bills through an online account, and make payments directly online (e-payment). As of December 2006, all APU students receive student account bills electronically. All charges to the student’s account, including tuition, room and board, health insurance, course fees, and other miscellaneous fees will be on the e-bill and will be available for viewing and printing via the Internet.
