What Is DSCs Return Policy?
While Down Shift Cycles does not officially offer an open or guaranteed return policy, we are very concerned with the satisfaction and continued patronage of our customers. For this reason we may choose make significant voluntary attempts to resolve the matter in an effort to better the situation. In some situations we may decide to accept returns, in which case the customer agrees to pay return shipping and a retail standard 15% restocking fee on the entire purchase price. Nevertheless, it is up to the sole discretion of Down Shift Cycles.
