What is drum Scanning?
Drum Scanning is the single best technology for digitizing either negative or positive images for enhancement on any computer system. At Fine Imaging, we use the Howtek line of scanners for optimal image quality, color fidelity, and resolution. We can scan any image positive or negative as small as 35mm and as large as 8″ x 10″ to provide a perfect digital original for output in any environment including Pre-Press (CMYK), Digital Posters, Outdoor-Indoor POP, Fine Art reproductions, and permanent image archives.
