What is DRS ownership?

0

DRS ownership is a service offered under the Depository Trust Company’s Direct Registration System (“DRS” or “book-entry”) that allows shares to be issued in book-entry form, without having a physical stock certificate. There is no fee to have your shares registered through DRS, and shareowners do not have to be enrolled in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan to benefit from DRS ownership.
