What is driver negligence?
Negligence is considered the failure to act in a cautious manner in a given situation. Most car accidents are caused by driver negligence. Negligent driving behaviors include talking on cell phones, disobeying traffic laws, speeding, talking to a passenger instead of paying attention to the road, or driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
