What is Dragon Warrior?
Dragon Warrior (Dragon Quest in Japan) is the original RPG series for the Nintendo Entertainment System. It has a classic medieval fantasy setting with some strange monsters such as onion-shaped slimes who are always happy. Although Dragon Warrior hasn’t had a chance to compete with other console RPG’s in the US for several years until recently, in Japan it is the best selling RPG; selling quite a bit better than Final Fantasy. It sold so well that they had to make it illegal to sell Dragon Quest games on certain days. The Dragon Warrior series may be unknown to many people, but hopefully some of my comics and animated gifs (with a pretty general fantasy theme) can still be entertaining to everyone. Dragon Warrior games stopped coming to the US until recently with several new games, such as Dragon Warrior 7.
