What is DraftingZones Satisfaction Guarantee?
Your satisfaction with any purchase made at the Drafting Zone is guaranteed. You have thirty days to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you get your money back. You may cancel and/or return any purchase you’ve made at the Drafting Zone at any time during the 30-day trial period that commences on the date you place your order. If you cancel, you will receive a refund for the Drafting Manual and/or Drafting Zone subscription (except for applicable shipping and handling, which is non-refundable). If you cancel after receiving a free gift, you will be asked to return the gift at your expense before a refund can be processed. If you wish to keep the item used in the “free gift” offer, you must advise Genium of this and Genium’s current list price for the item will be deducted from your refund.
