Dr. Levy is NOT the client’s treating physician. Nor does Biocomp Laboratories take on insurance assignments at this time. Also note that the services provided by Biocomp Laboratories are classified by Medicare as experimental procedures and will not be covered by Medicare. For this reason our office has chosen to opt out of the Medicare program thus not requiring a UPIN number.
