Dr. Carol understands that each pet is unique and wants you to try PAAWS & VitaLife with her personal assurance: If you’re not delighted with the way your pet looks, acts and feels you may return it for a full refund (less s/h & 15% restock fee) within 60 days of your delivery date. Free shipping does not apply to refunds for returned merchandise. Please note, we can not issue refunds for product returned after 60 days or do not include all unopened bottles. Product returned beyond the return window will not be sent back unless requested by the customer, and the customer agrees to pay a $10 re-shipment fee.
