What is done when the clinical or professional performance is not satisfactory?
HRN employees assigned to client facilities who do not comply with all applicable state and federal laws and client policies and procedures shall be referred to HRN management. Documentation in writing related to the incident is helpful in our effort to investigate and assign corrective employee action whenever a performance standard, clinical practice deficiency or infraction of HRN policy and procedure is identified.
