What is done if an item is received damaged or broken?
Although we take great pride in packing your orders, there may be a time you will receive an item that is in less than perfect condition. All damages must be reported to the carrier within 48 hours for a claim to be filed. Replacement will be sent out to you in approximately 2-3 weeks following a claim filing. If you receive a broken container (Top or Bottom) only the broken piece will be replaced, you will not receive a complete kit.All damage must be reported to Distinct Impressions within 48 hours of receiving product. We are not responsible to replace any broken item if you have had them longer than 48 hours.
