What is DMS Lite™and why was it necessary?

DMS Lite™ is a Visual Basic development project to rewrite DMS, its menus and screens into a GUI (Graphical User Interface) environment. If you have experienced or used a Windows-type application, which uses a mouse to point and click, you have seen and used GUI. Once DMS has been cosmetically changed to GUI, we will then focus on rewriting and enhancing the functional programs below the GUI front-end.
