What is District 16 Inner Wheel?
District 16 is made up of 25 Clubs throughout Ireland, from Londonderry in the north to Waterford in the south. The aims of Inner Wheel are to promote true friendship, to encourage the ideal of personal service and to foster international understanding. The District is honoured in 2008-09 to have Londonderry member, Myrtle Buchanan as Association President (Great Britain and Ireland). Who’s Who in District?
