A “Dilated left Ventricle” means the the left Ventricle of your heart – the lower left hand side – is larger than it was at an earlier time. (Obviously your heart grows as you grow, this is *not* caused by normal growth. it is not a problem by itself, but is usually sign of something else that is causing the Ventricle to dilate. You really need to be checked by a Cardiologist.
