Digital Printing is the best way to apply a multi color print on to a white or light garment as the number of colors does not affect the price. The Digital printer applies ink directly to the garment similar to a bubble jet printer. The process is then completed by curing the print at 340 degrees.

Digital printing is a method of printing in which the images are printed directly from the computer onto paper. Our digital cards are printed with an Indigo Digital Press which delivers offset-like results. The benefits of digital printing are faster turnaround times and the ability to print in smaller quantitites.
Utilizing ink-jet head technology and UV curable inks, a white flood of ink is first laid down on the disc followed by four passes of ink, the CMYK. This process lends itself to artwork with photos or color gradients. The resulting image has the sharpness and detailed resolution of offset, while offering the color saturation associated with silkscreen. This is truly the best of both worlds. What you see on the disc is what you get. The only drawback would be a lack of textual sharpness when printing small text, such as four-point font.
