The difference is a whole world of pain relief. Darvocet is a very week analgesic while Percocet is one of the most potent short acting opioids there is. And btw, there is no commercially available preparation of Percocet in the 7.5/325. The 7.5 dose is combined with 500mg of acetaminophen. Best Wellness Wishes!
