What is different between normal apple pie and dutch apple pie?

Some elements of “dutch” apple pie have become part of “normal” apple pie recipes. Our recipe has cinnamon, which is one “dutch” ingredient. Other than cinnamon, lemon juice, raisins, and maybe some kind of icing, dutch apple pie is the same as most other apple pies. Take our recipe and add 1Tbsp lemon juice, and a handful or raisins, weave a lattice pie top and glaze it with royal icing (probably after it’s done baking 😉 and you basically have a dutch apple pie.
