What is different about the results “Strength for the Streets” achieves?
Most fitness programs rely on machine exercises. These exercises isolate different body parts. However, they don’t use natural, full-body motion. Therefore, they are limited and don’t translate to practical “on-the-streets” improvements in strength and conditioning. In fact, many machines don’t even “fit” the person using them. The adjustments on them simply can’t match everyone’s body type.
