What is different about the litter?
The SAFFLOWER seed litter is all-natural, ecologically & environmentally friendly, renewable, sized specifically for the Smart Cat Box and is grown in the US. The Super Saff litter is less expensive and has no scent; (some cats prefer this). For starters, this could be your best choice. As an alternative, most major discount stores (ie: Wal-Mart) carry safflower seed as bird food;. This works well, except; IT MUST BE SIFTED in the Smart Cat Box to eliminate the SMALL SEEDS that go thru the slots before use. We can not be responsible for any safflower seed except Super Saff. Other Facts: The SMART CAT BOX has no electrical or mechanical parts and is made in the USA. The unique design has been issued US and Canadian Patents.
