What is different about BVSC and a general veterinary clinic?

A Veterinary Hospital is defined by Council (http://www.prsc.qld.gov.au/ ) as a veterinary facility where animals may be hospitalized overnight where as a clinic is for day patients only.A full town planning application was submitted to the Pine Rivers Shire Council for the development of BVSC and the facility has been approved without condition as a Veterinary Hospital. This involved two independent sound engineers’ reports and a traffic impact assessment. All approvals are in place and the building is designed to meet all the local council requirements.
