What is difference between the Commercial Law Diploma and Senior Paralegal Diploma?
The Commercial Law Diploma requires a sound knowledge of Business Law, whereas for the Senior Paralegal Diploma the emphasis is on Property Law & Conveyancing. Thus, the subjects for both diploma courses are the same. The difference is that when doing the Commercial Law Diploma the pass rate for Property Law & Conveyancing is 40% and for the remaining 5 subjects in 50%, whereas when doing the Senior Paralegal Diploma the pass rate for Business Law is 40% and for the remaining 5 subjects is 50%.
