The difference is that when doing the Commercial Law Diploma the pass rate for Property Law & Conveyancing is 40% and for the remaining 5 subjects in 50%, whereas when doing the Senior Paralegal Diploma the pass rate for Business Law is 40% and for the remaining 5 subjects is 50%.
