What is difference between lace and thin skin?
Lace Front: Lace Front is usually a small piece of nylon net that extends about 1 inch outward from the front of the base unit. The Lace Front can be trimmed and easily customized to the desired hairline. It is very natural looking and better in hotter climates but is not as durable as thin skin. Thin Skin: Thin Skin base is more durable and also gives the appearance of hair growing from the scalp. The bottom layer of thin skin base is a thin special blend of Polyurethane materials that can accommodate any kind of attachment (bonding, tape etc), but is best used in cooler climates.

The lace unit is more adhered to your head and you can wear them longer too. Thinskin is $75.00 additional for this addition, well worth it!
