What is difference between culture and civilization?
Social evolution is a process of verification of knowledge. Culture represents mainly belief system (unproven knowledge) of society. Civilization is level of social development presenting proven knowledge. Through history thousand of different cultures have been melted in only three civilizations empirical, technological and humanitarian. Empirical civilization is based on empirical knowledge, verified by trails & errors. Empirical civilization originate in Neolith, and continues to invention of steam engine. Technological civilization is based on laws of natural science, exploring material resources. It starts with invention of steam engine, which has powered Industrial revolution and continue to recently emerging Global self-consciousness, just couple of decades ago. Nowadays humanity is in transition from technological to humanitarian civilization, which is based on the laws of humanitarian sciences.
